we have achieved an operational equipment producing on demand a directional beam of neutrons synthesized from the hydrogen gas in the desired flux and energy
TEC-‐DNS-‐3Z is specifically designed to scan suitcases in airports for concealed nuclear materials thus using a flux of neutrons with the minimum possible neutron CPS & energy for evident safety reasons. TEC-‐DNS producing a high neutron flux can be designed and manufactured on demand.
Dr. Santilli states: “I am pleased to report that the development in collaboration with our European partners of a basically new Directional Neutron Source, namely, an equipment capable of producing on demand a flux of low energy neutrons synthesized from a hydrogen gas predominantly in a selected direction.
He was invited by the University of Miami to conduct research for NASA. He subsequently joined the faculty of Boston University, under support from the U.S. Air Force.
Dr. Santilli has spent years researching about the nature of stable elemental synthesis. In the 80s, with the support of the Department of Energy (DOE), the then-Department of Mathematics member of Harvard
Nobel Prize Nominee Dr. Ruggero Santilli presents a fascinating, important, passionate full spectrum packed show explaining all about nukes, neutrons
“The current, conventional combustion of fossil fuels is the same as it was fifty thousand years ago because we merely strike a spark and ignite the fuel, resulting in known environmental problems.”
Dr. Santilli states: “As indicated in preceding releases, precious metals can be identified in real time via the detection of photons they emit when irradiated with neutrons…”
